Ergonomic Knee Brace

A pull-on knee sleeve knit in black and grey, built around three elements that work together: the knit itself, a silicone ring that sits around the kneecap, and a flexible metal stabiliser spring sewn into each side.

The knit is a three-dimensional compression weave, denser through the side panels and more open behind the knee so the sleeve does not bunch or trap heat in the crease when the leg bends. The patella opening is cut into the front, and the removable silicone ring seats around the kneecap to cushion it and hold the sleeve centred instead of letting it rotate.

The two side springs are coiled flat steel that flex with the knee through its normal range while resisting sideways movement. They run in stitched channels and can be removed if you want the sleeve as compression only. A silicone gripper band at the top and bottom stops the sleeve sliding down the leg during activity.
