Posture Corrector Brace

A posture support built in two connected parts: a figure-eight harness that passes over the shoulders and crosses between the shoulder blades, and a wide belt that wraps the lower ribs and waist. The belt anchors the harness — without it, shoulder straps alone simply slide and the support does nothing.

The shoulder straps are padded across the top where they cross the trapezius, which is the point that becomes sore first on an unpadded brace. Both straps adjust independently through hook-and-loop tabs at the front, so you can set the tension gradually, and asymmetrically if one shoulder sits further forward than the other. Vertical stays run up the back panel to keep the harness flat rather than bunching into a rope.

The waist belt closes with a wide hook-and-loop panel and is breathable mesh through the centre, so it is wearable under a shirt without becoming uncomfortable. Start with short sessions of twenty to thirty minutes and build up rather than wearing it all day from the outset.
