Foam Roller & Massage Ball Set

A foam roller that collapses down for storage — the orange and grey outer segments concertina inward along the core, so a full-size roller packs into roughly a third of its expanded length for a drawer, a suitcase or a gym bag. Expanded and locked, it is rigid and behaves like a solid roller.

The surface is moulded in raised diamond-shaped nodes across the whole barrel rather than a flat face. Those nodes concentrate pressure into smaller contact points, which is what makes a trigger-point roller feel different from a smooth one. Grey and orange mark the two node heights — the taller orange nodes bite deeper, the shorter grey ones spread the load — so rotating the roller changes the intensity without changing the roller.

A firm massage ball is supplied alongside for the smaller areas a roller cannot reach: the arch of the foot, the glute, the area between a shoulder blade and the spine. Work slowly, keep your weight controlled, and stay off bone and joints. Wipe both down with a damp cloth. A drawstring storage bag is included.
